      Mr. S.V. BRANTLEY, 72, of Houston, passed away June 28, 1977. Houston resident 41 years. Member of the Gospel Door Church. Retired from advertising with the Houston Chronicle. Survivors: Wife, Ruth Brantley; son, Bill Brantley, both of Houston; brothers, C. V. Brantley, Monahans, Texas, G. M. Brantley, Odessa, Texas; E. B. Brantley Lovington, N.M.; C. D. Brantley, Houston; sister, Mrs. M. L. Wade, Odessa, Texas. Service 1:30 p.m. Thursday Settegast-Kopf Chapel with the Re. Cliff Meeks officiating. Interment Woodlawn Garden of Memories.
